Registration and Abstract > Instructions

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION 

Submission of contributions to the conference is opened before the registration. To submit an abstract for an oral of a poster, you have first to create an account on this web page. Once you have logged on, you can submit a contribution using the submission form.

No registration on site !

The number of participants to the conference is limited.

All requests of participating at the HEDLA 2014 conference will be subject to the agreement of the competent authorities.

The registration to the conference has to be done online before the deadline.

It is a three step process:

1) Create an account on this web page or logged on if you have already created the account.

2) Register by clicking on the "Registration" tab. Fill the form to register. You should specify:

  • Last name and first name,
  • Institution (name and address, this is the affiliation that will be used for the badges), 
  • Nationality, 
  • Email address (this is the email address that will be used to send you the instruction of the registration fees paiement and the final bill), 
  • Approximate dates of arrival and departure,
  • Number of accompanying persons,
  • Category (“Standard” or “Student” for the fees).

You will receive a confirmation email after the validation of your registration (this may take a few days) together with an invoice for you to pay the registration fees. After receiving this documents, you can proceed to step 3.

 
3) Pay the registration fees. The registration fees are 500€ for researches and 250€ for students before March 1st, 2014. After this date, the registration fees will be 600€ for researches and 300€ for students. Cancellation fees are 100€. These fees include lunches, coffee breaks, the gala dinner, proceedings and visit of the MegaJoule Laser Facility at CEA/Cesta. Immediately after receiving the HEDLA 2014 invoice, you should proceed to the payment of your registration fees. Once we have received your payment, you will be registered and we will email you a payment receipt. Limit for paiements is the same as the one for registration.
 
Accompanying persons to the conference dinner will be charged a rate of 50 euros, which is to be paid at the same time as the conference fees.
 
A visit of the Laser MegaJoule will be organized on May, Wednesday 14th, 2014. If you wish to participate, you must register (see the tab "Laser MegaJoule Tour"). The number of persons allowed for the LMJ visit is limited for security reasons.
